4) Eat more to lose more – replace the three big meals for several smaller meals at least four or five. It a healthy breakfast, if you want you can make it the largest meal of the day. This way when lunch rolls around you are not as hungry so you will not binge on fatty unhealthy snacks.
Eating smaller meals more often will keep you from getting hungry and unbelievably it helps boost the metabolism so the body burns more fat and you lose more weight.
